Indian SMEs form the backbone of the economy, yet they consistently struggle to access premium, structured strategy consulting. Traditional consulting models are prohibitively expensive and lack the agility required for smaller businesses. In the sales domain specifically, these SMEs rely heavily on founder-led sales or unstructured relationship building, hitting a hard plateau when attempting to scale. The core challenge was clear: how to democratize elite sales strategy and make it accessible, affordable, and actionable for an Indian SME.
The Approach
Our solution was to architect a scalable, AI-powered framework that codifies traditional strategy methodologies into an accessible digital tool. We adapted classic consulting frameworks (like customer segmentation and pipeline velocity models) into a conversational AI interface. By leveraging Large Language Models trained on industry-specific B2B sales data, the platform acts as an automated fractional Chief Revenue Officer—analyzing the SME's current funnel, identifying blockages, and generating custom, step-by-step playbooks for lead generation and conversion optimization without the traditional consulting retainer.

The Impact
The framework was pitched at DJ Sanghvi IdeaHub 2025, where it emerged as the Competition Winner. Judges highlighted the platform's strong product-market fit and its potential to disrupt the traditional SME consulting model. Beyond the competition win, the prototype demonstrated that integrating AI into traditional strategy frameworks can reduce initial consulting diagnostic times by over 80%, providing a viable blueprint for democratizing growth strategy across the Indian SME sector.
